I'm thinking about making a short comic strip based on this oc. Any ideas on how to start? I'm not good with jokes, haha

Are you trying to go for a comedic comic strip? There's many genres to choose from with short comic strips, but comedy is the most common!
What helps me is just having a random funny thought out of nowhere and then turning it into a comic strip, or you could also brainstorm with limitations, like how long do you want the comic to be? if it's for example: 3 panels long. Then you can try thinking of short jokes with punchlines. Limitations often bring out the most creativity in us :>
Another thing that could aid you is thinking back on some funny skits you've watched or other funny comics for inspiration. I am not sure if I gave you an answer you wanted but I hope it helped anyway :>
